Windows and SQL Server Version Compatibility

We're setting up a new monitoring server and I'd like to continue to use SQLH2 for the capture of performance data from some legacy servers.  It appears that SQLH2 now supports SQL Server 2008.  Is SQL Server 2008 R2 64 bit supported yet?  I've been asked which version of Windows I want installed on the server.  The choices are Windows Server 2008 SP2 and Windows Server 2008 R2.  Are both of these versions supported by SQLH2 for 32-bit and 64-bit installations?  Thanks.

From OS point of view it only matters if it is 32-bit or 64-bit.

We haven't tested SQL Server 2008 R2, but I believe it should work the same as SQL Server 2008.
